Hello, I wanted to invite you to jog with me at the park, I choose Fort Mellon Park because is close to my house but we can choose any other between your house and Sanford.
My name is Vanessa, I am 38 years old I am from South America and love sports specially running because it makes me feel good, it takes my stress out, and keep me active, I have a treadmill where I run 2 times a week but I would like to form a group of woman who wants to jog or run and have company and go to the park twice a week.
If you are out of shape and need some time to adjust your body to jog we can jog slow and in 1 month you will feel the difference, I am not a professional runner, so don't worry.
